Overview
TAG Traders is looking for a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to support our commercial maintenance and small works projects across London.
The role involves carrying out reactive repairs, planned maintenance and small works within commercial buildings. The successful candidate will have experience across multiple trades, be able to work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship when attending client sites.
Every day is different, from diagnosing faults and completing repairs to carrying out general maintenance tasks and supporting refurbishment works.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive repairs, maintenance and small works within commercial properties
- Attend scheduled jobs and complete works to a high standard
- Diagnose faults and provide practical solutions
- Complete maintenance tasks across multiple trades
- Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and decorating works where required
- Ensure all works are completed safely and professionally
- Provide clear updates and communicate effectively with clients and site teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance, repairs or general building works
- Good knowledge across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Reliable transport to attend commercial client sites
- Own tools preferred
- Appropriate trade insurance required
- CSCS card preferred
- Professional approach when working within commercial client environments
