Job Summary

TAG Traders Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver commercial and office fit-out and refurbishment projects in Hong Kong. The role involves managing projects from design coordination through to completion, ensuring delivery to required time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and office fit-out projects from planning through to completion 
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities 
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery timelines 
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards 
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all stages 
• Monitor project progress, risks, and quality control 
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different sites 
• Work outside standard hours where required to meet project deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects 
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project teams 
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organisational skills 
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments 
• Strong client-facing and communication skills 
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet strict deadlines
